my chucks go places: leaf-stomping.

leaf-stomping: v. the action of jumping, stomping, and otherwise playing in very crunchy and beautiful fallen leaves.
[jumping]
i love autumn. period. so as the leaves are changing, i've borrowed my friend eliza's camera, and have taken an excessive number of leaf photos. here are the best, for your viewing pleasure.

i'm by no means a good photographer, i just like taking pictures. as a "chucks"tie-in, i think that with some photographs, they are only so beautiful because they capture and frame that which is beautiful. when we see beautiful things in nature, there is often so much beauty that we don't notice each individual beautiful thing, or we become used to it. photographers can look beyond that to find unique beauties. the rest of us notice these things much better when they are singled out by a frame, or even that square you make with your hands.

try it sometime, try to look at the world as a photographer.
